The Conservative Woman™ — Faith, Modesty, and Godly Conduct

I'm guessing that if you came to the site then you likely share the same sentiment — that some women of God have lost the essence and lack the understanding of what it means to be righteous, holy, and set apart. Beauty is a highly sought fashion in which women of God have allowed worldly and artificial facades to set the precedence of beauty, the ideal of womanhood, and an acceptance of the culture in Christianity. Now is as good a time as any for the Woman of God who is committed to the ways of the Lord to Rise Up and let her voice be heard.

It's a ministry to remind women that beauty is not about the latest fashion, the best glue for eyelashes, the prettiest weave, and so on, but it's about how we present ourselves to this dying world in behavior, conduct, and the sincerity of our fellowship with Christ. As women of God, we must be fully committed to Him in order to fully commit our ways. We are living in times when getting back to basics is essential to our Christian journey, but more importantly, our Christian duties.

This journey is not about who's right or wrong, it's not about condemning or criticizing, it's about looking internally within oneself and allowing the scales of God to reveal truth to our present condition. If we submit to God, he will open up our understanding and begin a spiritual renovation that will surely produce fruit. Fruit that is fearless about standing apart, fruit that is not ashamed, fruit that is pleasant in the eyes of God.

Discipled, shaped, and transformed women understand their priceless value is not predicated on outward arrangements or adornments but accepts the call that whatever outward display we present, it should always be tasteful, holy, righteous, and modest.

The latest fads, fashion, or overpriced strings pulled together should not be what we lead with. The woman of God doesn't allow herself to be defined by external influences of the world. When we, as women of the Faith, move, live, and breathe according to the Word of God, WE SET THE PACE, the acceptable standard, and become the illustration for other women, young ladies, and little girls to follow.

My prayer is that as a genuine woman of God, you have decided to live according to the precepts of our Lord Jesus Christ and continually strive to honor Him in all we do, say, and wear. If you are, join me in the ministry of reaching other women, young ladies, and little girls!
